TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VALETERS

1. Introduction

6. Indemnity
The Valeter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages resulting from the Valeter's services, including legal fees.

7. Confidentiality
Valeters must keep customer information and any proprietary platform data confidential. This obligation continues even after the termination of the Valeter's account.

8. Compliance with Laws
Valeters must comply with all relevant laws and regulations governing their services, including health and safety regulations.

9. Obligations of the Valeter

  • The Valeter must maintain necessary licenses, insurance, and certifications to perform the services.

  • The Valeter must provide timely communication regarding the acceptance and execution of service requests.

10. Non-Solicitation
Valeters agree not to solicit customers directly outside the platform for any services during their engagement with the platform and for a period of [specify time frame] after termination.
