I had 2 cars that were in desperate need of a valet. It was great that the second car was cheaper to get done. Dan, Lee and Tom were very friendly and did an amazing job. They were extremely thorough and both of my cars looked like they were brand new and were gleaming. When they found out I had a big birthday coming up they presented me with a card, wine and chocolates. That was such a thoughtful gesture. I will be using them regularly now and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wow!! All I can say! Well, no, here are more details for you! My car is only 3 months old, and I was apprehensive about clearing the Saharan dust myself. After a googling around I found the Valeting Hub website and I liked their valeting menues. Booking in was very easy, and now the car is back to showroom condition, just like the day I drove her home! Lee reassured me right from the start that he had everything on the van to remove the dust safely. The process is very thorough, Citrus spray, snowfoam , shampoo and rinse, and hand dry. The had their own electricity and water supply in the van too! I was lucky enough to meet Lee and Daniel, who just happened to be together that afternoon. They are two of the team that cover my area. My car was looked after with care and enthusiasm and they are really friendly guys. Very trustworthy! I will definitely be booking them again in the future. And not just for dust storms!!

And my bay car look like brand new, in-fact looked better from when I first purchased brand new from the show room. The attention to detail was hands down the best. I recently had the unfortunate experience of getting my car washed, and I must say, it was an absolute disaster. I had high hopes for their car wash service, but they managed to disappoint me in every possible way. First off, the staff seemed utterly disinterested in their jobs. It was like they were going through the motions without any real concern for the quality of their work. They barely acknowledged me when I arrived, which immediately set a negative tone for the whole experience. The wash itself was a joke. I opted for their premium package, thinking that I would be getting a thorough and comprehensive cleaning. What I got instead was a half-hearted attempt at spraying some water and soap onto my car. The brushes they used looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and I could see grime and dirt being smeared all over my car as they went through the motions. To add insult to injury, when I inspected my car after the wash, I was horrified to see that it was actually dirtier than before! It was as if they had managed to dislodge even more dirt and grime from hidden corners and crevices and spread it all over the surface. My once relatively clean car was now covered in streaks of dirty water and soap scum, making it look like it had just emerged from a mud bath.

They was so efficient and did such a brilliant job. I couldn't be more pleased i couldn't recommend highly enough. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
